📦 Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
- Only items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect are eligible.
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.
🔄 Non-Returnable Items
- Used or worn items
- Products without original packaging
- Items damaged due to customer misuse
- Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)
💰 Refunds
Refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
- The product was defective, damaged, or not as advertised
- The return was requested and approved within 7 days
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days via bank transfer or another agreed method.

- Wait for our team to review and approve your request
- Once approved, we will arrange pickup or provide return instructions
🚫 Order Cancellations
Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. Please contact us immediately if you made a mistake or want to cancel within 1 hour of placing the order.
